We hope you love your Diani Swim purchase! If you need to make a return or exchange, please review our policy below.

 

14-DAY RETURN POLICY

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

Items must be in original condition: clean, unused, undamaged, with all labels, hygiene stickers, and packaging intact.

Important: Try on bottoms with your own underwear. Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted, and return arrangements will be the customer’s responsibility.

 

RETURN OPTIONS

We do not offer refunds. Instead, you can choose one of the following:

  • Store Credit
  • Exchange for another item

 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Email us at info@dianiswim.com with your order number to request a return.

Once approved, we’ll send instructions on where to send your package.

Include the Return & Exchange Form with your order number and name inside your package to identify your return quickly.

Note: Items sent without prior authorization or tracking will not be accepted.

 

PROCESSING RETURNS

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your package.

Once approved, you’ll receive an email confirming that store credit has been issued to your account.

You can use this credit for a new purchase right away.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Use a secure, insured, and tracked courier service. We are not liable for lost or untracked packages.

Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

 

DAMAGES & ISSUES

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us at info@dianiswim.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • We’ll resolve it promptly by offering a replacement or other solution.

Note: Damage caused by normal wear, misuse, or improper care is not eligible for return or exchange.
